1 Cup Rice Flour
2 Tablespoon Sugar
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
Topping
1 tablespoon crushed Almond
1 teaspoon White Sesame

Directions

1.
Mix 1 cup of rice flour and ½ cup of water.
Mark as complete

Add a bit of salt and sugar, adjust the mixture depending on your preference.

Heat the pan. You can spray or brush a bit of your desired oil. I suggest coconut oil makes it tastier.

Pour desired mixture into pan depending on the size you want.

Roll or fold the crepe as you desire.

Notes

You can also topped with some sweet sauce if you have sweet tooth. And can add more nuts and dried fruits topping to add more flavors and to add more calories to serve as power light meal or snack.
