Ingredients

Adjust Servings
5 tablespoons of Chickpea Flour
7-8 tablespoons of Water
A little bit of Pink Salt (or any salt )
1/4 teaspoon of Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon of Garlic powder
A little bit of Rosmary

Directions

Preparing
Mix Chickpea Flour, Water and Salt in a bowl until consistency is smooth.
Mark as complete

Cooking
Spray oil to the pan and heat the pan.
Mark as complete

Add the chickpea mixture to the pan, cook one side, flip to cook the other side until both sides are cooked.
Mark as complete
4.
Plate to serve with Black Pepper and Garlic Powder sprinkled on top of chickpea omelette.
Mark as complete

Notes

You can enjoy this Chickpea Omelette in any time of the day and you can also serve with anything.
You can add soy sauce, nutritional yeast, any herb you like and any veggies you like. Just cook the veggies first before pouring chickpea mixture in pan.
