500 gram of Chickpea Tofu
2 tablespoons of GarlicOil
2 tablespoons of Soysauce
1 tablespoons of ChilliesOil
3 tablespoons of crushed Peanut/nuts mixture You can substitute with nutritional yeast or vegan seasoning powder if you have nut allergy.
A bit of chopped Parsley
1-2 tablespoons of fresh Lime juice Please adjust the level of sourness you desire. I usually use 1-2 spoons or 1 small lime.
Optional
Some crispy Shallots For topping in plating and styling your plate.

Directions

Cut Tofu in thin strips or medium strips as you desired.
